Strippers: Hardened for less wear and resistance to punch galling. Shaped strippers are keyed to provide orientation. Tight clearance for better punch guiding; 0.001(0.04) for shapes, 0.002(0.06) for rounds.

Dies: Highly wear resistant, chrome air hardened tool steel with optimum balance between hardness and toughness. SLUG FREE® die geometry eliminates slug pulling.
